History
Wagner, Eubank & Nichols, L.L.P. is a Dallas, Texas based certified public accounting firm formed in 2001 by the merger of two accounting practices originally established in the 1980's. Its partners and professionals have extensive experience in the areas of both public and private accounting. The Firm provides assurance, tax, accounting and consulting services to clients throughout the United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We offer our domestic and international clients the services backed by technical expertise typically found at the "Big Four" firms.
People
Since its inception, the Firm has experienced significant growth and success. We believe our team of approximately 30 professionals and support staff is the most important element to that growth and success. Our professionals have a high level of integrity and dedication to the Firm and its clients with experience ranging from recent college graduates, seniors and managers to partners with over 35 years in public accounting. We have the expertise and years of experience essential to evaluating, analyzing and understanding challenging client situations. A number of our professionals have experience serving as controllers and chief financial officers of corporations, large and small, public and privately held. In addition, many of our professionals focus on specific industries and areas of practice. This unique combination of experience gives us the ability to serve a broad base of clients with diverse needs.
Experience
Our goal is to provide our clients with close personal attention to provide the highest quality professional service, whether we are assisting with traditional accounting or tax services or those requiring specialized knowledge and experience. To accomplish this goal, we utilize a team approach with every client. Each client engagement is assigned both a partner and a manager in order to efficiently and carefully plan and review the work to be performed. In order to ensure our Firm maintains high level of professional standards and is in conformity with the American Institute of CPAs, all of our professionals are required to have a minimum of 40 hours of continuing professional education each year. Our Firm’s control policies and procedures are reviewed every 3 years by an independent CPA firm. The Firm is also committed to staying up to date with the latest computer technology, software, and training.
