Listed below is a summary of the various services we are able to provide. *Accounting and Auditing Services* The firm focuses on providing personalized professional accounting services primarily to closely held middle market companies. The firm’s approach is to establish strong and lasting relationships with clients that can benefit from proactive and responsive financial and accounting expertise. It is our goal to act not only as a service provider but rather as a trusted business advisor. The firm provides the traditional services expected of certified public accounting firms including: Preparation of audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements; Retirement plan audits Preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual write up services and all related payroll, sales tax filings and compliance; Development and implementation of accounting and internal control systems; Evaluation, selection and implementation of computerized accounting software; and, Training and consultation for client accounting personnel. Audits of non-profit organizations *Tax Services* The firm’s tax professionals are experienced in all facets of tax planning and consulting, and are eager to provide our clients with value added service. The professional staff is experienced in all areas of tax compliance and will represent clients with various tax authorities, should the need arise. Tax services include: Tax preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns for corporations, partnerships and limited liability corporations, individuals, estates and trusts; Tax planning and research; and, Tax advisory services in conjunction with Merger and Acquisition activities. *Management Advisory Services* In addition to providing the traditional accounting and tax services, the firm has significant experience providing a variety of management advisory services. The firm’s professionals prior experience as Controllers and Chief Financial Officers of corporations, both large and small, public and privately held, gives us a unique perspective in providing service in the following areas: Providing accounting and strategic due diligence in mergers and acquisitions. The firm has consulted in transactions ranging in size from $2.5 million to $550 million; Providing accounting and strategic due diligence in securing private equity capital, mezzanine capital and senior debt.
